After graduating with honors in Genetics from the University of California, Davis, Dr. Rasooli pursued his passion for medicine at Barry University, School of Podiatric Medicine in Miami, Florida. There, he earned his medical degree with honors, solidifying his dedication to excellence.

To refine his surgical skills and expand his knowledge, Dr. Rasooli completed a rigorous residency program at the prestigious Veterans Affair / Stanford Healthcare in Palo Alto, California. This comprehensive training allowed him to work alongside experts at renowned institutions such as Stanford University, Kaiser Permanente, and Sports Orthopedic and Rehab. Through this experience, he gained invaluable expertise in various surgical techniques and developed a deep understanding of complex foot and ankle conditions.

Driven by his desire to deliver the highest standard of care, Dr. Rasooli pursued further specialization through an esteemed foot and ankle surgery fellowship at Sutter Health-Palo Alto Medical Foundation. This ACFAS recognized program focused on trauma, reconstructive surgery, and joint replacement, allowing Dr. Rasooli to refine his skills in these specialized areas.

In addition to his dedication to clinical practice, Dr. Rasooli actively participates in medical missions to provide healthcare to underserved communities. His most recent mission took him to Can Tho, Vietnam, where he worked alongside renowned Podiatric and Orthopedic Surgeons to correct foot and ankle deformities and improve the lives of those in need.
